About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this role is to act as a senior leader responsible for the integration and performance of the company’s enterprise systems, IT, QA, HS, and supply chain functions. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will ensure the organisation has the platforms, processes, and people needed to deliver efficient operations and scalable growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing IT infrastructure and software applications to enable core business processes
- Driving unified platforms for managing data, workflows, and reporting
- Leading supply chain, QA, and HS functions to maintain compliance and performance
- Reviewing commercial agreements and ensuring operational risk management
- Managing internal training programs, including assigning mentors within the Graduate Programme
- Overseeing staff flow, workload, and system effectiveness across departments
- Providing structure and leadership to managers and teams under the Systems division (QA, HS, Supply Chain, HR, IT, Data Admin)
- Supporting organisational growth through efficient operations and informed decision-making
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven leadership experience at General Manager or Senior Operations level
- Strong background in IT systems, data management, or enterprise platforms
- Experience overseeing supply chain, QA, and HS functions in a complex environment
- Excellent commercial acumen and ability to review agreements and contracts
- Demonstrated people leadership and team development skills
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration ability
- Experience managing graduate or internal training programmes is advantageous
- Ability to think strategically while also driving day-to-day execution
