They specialise in managing a modern residential property portfolio, including new-generation boarding houses and multi-property landlords. About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this role is to support the management of a residential and boarding house portfolio, conduct leasing activities, and ensure compliance with property legislation.

Reporting directly to the Directors, your responsibilities will include:

  • Applying up-to-date landlord/tenant legislation
  • Managing leases and applications (Ignite/Snug, REI NSW)
  • Conducting inspections, open homes & tenant communication
  • Liaising with landlords, portfolio clients & boarding house tenants
  • Using Property Tree, Inspection Manager, RBO Online & Agentbox CRM
  • Supporting Directors & building manager with daily operations

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in property management or as a property officer/agent looking to step up
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
  • Industry experience using Property Tree, Agentbox, or similar platforms
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
  • A strong understanding of landlord/tenant legislation in NSW
  • A current driver’s licence and own car
