About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to manage the end-to-end sales process for large and small projects, from original client enquiries to a successful installation.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Make product recommendations and offer tailored solutions
- Manage high-value relationships with a range of clients
- Prepare highly detailed quotes and tenders
- Convert enquiries to sales orders
- Project manage production and delivery
- Detail specifications and liaise with suppliers
- Manage data entry in the inventory systems
- Coordinate logistics and the installation of projects
About You
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Previous experience in administration, customer service and/or sales
- Good with numbers and looking for a creative change
- Strong computer proficiency, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- A high level of attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Any relevant business qualifications (desirable)
- A current driver's licence
