About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to drive the growth of the company’s compliance technology solution across the gaming, hospitality, and wagering sectors.
Reporting directly to senior leadership, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing sales plans targeting venues and operators nationwide
- Identifying, engaging, and securing new business opportunities from lead generation to deal closure
- Conducting tailored product demonstrations and high-impact presentations
- Building relationships with compliance managers, executives, and boards to position the company as the solution of choice
- Representing the business at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
- Providing feedback to product and marketing teams to help shape future developments and strategies
- Maintaining expert knowledge of the platform’s features, integrations, and compliance benefits
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- 5+ years’ sales experience in the gaming, hospitality, or RegTech industries
- Strong understanding of AML/CTF compliance requirements (advantageous but not essential)
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed national sales targets
- Existing relationships with key decision-makers in the gaming and hospitality sector
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at senior levels
- A self-motivated, results-driven mindset with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
