About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to manage a portfolio of properties end to end, ensuring effective communication and service to both landlords and tenants.
Reporting directly to the Office Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Day to day management of a property portfolio
- Lodging bonds and preparing landlord statements
- Receiving rent and preparing lease documentation
- Providing excellent customer service to tenants and landlords
- Conducting inspections and organising maintenance and repairs
About You
- Team player with strong character and reliability
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain
- NSW Certificate for Property Services in Real Estate
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Computer literate and comfortable with office based systems
- Experience in property management is not essential but desired
- Sales or customer service experience will also be considered highly relevant
