About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to manage a portfolio of properties end to end, ensuring effective communication and service to both landlords and tenants.

Reporting directly to the Office Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Day to day management of a property portfolio
  • Lodging bonds and preparing landlord statements
  • Receiving rent and preparing lease documentation
  • Providing excellent customer service to tenants and landlords
  • Conducting inspections and organising maintenance and repairs

About You

  • Team player with strong character and reliability
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain
  • NSW Certificate for Property Services in Real Estate
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Computer literate and comfortable with office based systems
  • Experience in property management is not essential but desired
  • Sales or customer service experience will also be considered highly relevant
