About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day administrative and service operations of the business, ensuring the smooth running of office and field support functions.

Reporting to the Director and management team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating schedules, bookings, and job allocations
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries
  • Liaising with suppliers, clients, and team members to ensure seamless operations
  • Providing administrative support across HR, onboarding, and compliance documentation
  • Supporting the Director and field team with ad-hoc admin and service tasks
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements for efficiency

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous administration experience in trades or plumbing 
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite, Servicem8 and Xero
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritise effectively
  • A positive, solutions-focused attitude and strong teamwork mindset
