About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this role is to oversee day-to-day office operations while coordinating technicians, administrative staff, and scheduling systems to ensure efficient service delivery.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily office operations including supplies, equipment and facilities
- Allocating technicians and crews to jobs while managing schedules
- Monitoring technician availability, travel times and job load balancing
- Managing fleet administration including servicing, insurance and repairs
- Receiving job requests, creating work orders and coordinating bookings
- Liaising with vendors, contractors and internal departments
- Maintaining staff records including onboarding, leave and compliance files
- Ensuring WHS, licensing, insurance and compliance requirements are met
- Full support by directions, account and administration staff
This role plays a critical part in ensuring operations run smoothly between the office and field teams.
About You
The successful candidate will be well presented, confident and have:
- Previous experience in office management, operations coordination or administration leadership
- Strong organisational and scheduling abilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience supervising or supporting administrative teams
- Confidence using scheduling systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
Experience working in a trade services, construction or field services environment will be highly regarded.
