About The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a motivated Site Engineer to join their team based in Maroochydore. In this role, you will play a vital part in the successful delivery of construction projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating on-site construction activities to meet project requirements and timelines
• Interpreting and applying technical specifications, drawings, and construction plans
• Liaising with managers and subcontractors to ensure smooth project communication
• Maintaining documentation, QA systems, and HSE compliance across all stages
• Monitoring progress against schedules and budgets to ensure timely delivery
• Assisting with administration, procurement, and general project support tasks

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• 2+ years’ construction experience in a similar role (graduates encouraged to apply)
• Full or partial completion of Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction or Project Management
• Valid White Card and Construction Induction certification
• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities
• Confident interpreting drawings, assisting with QA, and supporting site coordination
• A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work well in a team environment
