About the Opportunity
This role puts you at the centre of the action, supporting retail customers and internal departments with expert parts advice and efficient inventory support. You won’t just be behind the counter, you’ll be shaping every rider’s journey.
Reporting to the Operations Manager / Dealer Principal, your role will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
- Accurately identifying and supplying motorcycle parts and accessories
- Processing orders, maintaining stock levels, and updating inventory systems
- Supporting Service Technicians and Sales Departments with part supply
- Participating in merchandising and promotional activities
- Maintaining an organised retail and storage space
- Assisting at major events like demo weekends and trade shows
About You
You’re a customer-first professional who thrives in fast-paced environments. You bring energy, precision, and a genuine love for motorcycles.
You will also have:
- Previous customer-facing retail experience with a focus on high-level service
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and inventory management systems
- A current motorcycle licence (or willingness to obtain one)
- Sound understanding of motorcycle components, or a strong eagerness to learn
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- A Certificate III in Automotive Sales or experience in motorcycle parts sales
