About The Company

Our client is an online, design-led furniture brand dedicated to delivering quality, on-trend pieces and transforming spaces into places our customers will love. The business was established in 2007 and has grown from mostly flat pack nursery furniture to now having offerings for every room. Their fast-growing business was acquired by a larger Group, with their Australian office and distribution centre based in Pinkenba, Brisbane.

About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to support, administer and continuously improve core business systems across both front-end and back-end platforms.

Reporting to the Head of eCommerce & Marketing, you will take ownership of application support, system administration, platform configuration, integrations, quality assurance, release management and production support while contributing practical front-end development expertise.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Administer, configure and support core eCommerce, PIM, ERP and business systems
  • Maintain system performance, stability, data integrity and platform availability
  • Deliver front-end enhancements, integrations, bug fixes and technical solutions
  • Design, maintain and troubleshoot integrations, data flows and system migrations
  • Manage QA, SIT, UAT, regression testing, releases and production deployments
  • Investigate system issues, perform root cause analysis and implement lasting improvements
  • Maintain technical documentation while collaborating with stakeholders, vendors and developers

About You

The successful candidate will have

  • Strong experience supporting eCommerce platforms, ERP, PIM and business systems
  • Experience administering and supporting both front-end and back-end platforms
  • Practical understanding of front-end development, website architecture and digital experiences
  • Strong experience with system integrations, data flows and troubleshooting complex issues
  • Experience across QA, testing, deployments, release management and production environments
  • Strong analytical, organisational and documentation skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communicator able to translate requirements and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
