About The Opportunity
The primary focus of this position is to oversee and coordinate warehouse operations at the Brisbane site. Reporting directly to the General Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient warehouse facility
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery
- Coordinating freight and logistics including customer pick-ups and deliveries
- Providing accurate data entry, sales order processing and customer service support
- Picking and dispatching orders, unloading containers and receipting incoming stock
- Managing warehouse operations including stock control across Brisbane, Perth and 3PL sites
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics or distribution
- A collaborative mindset with the initiative to drive improvement
- High attention to detail, excellent time management and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and confidence in general administrative tasks
