About The Opportunity

The Estimator will play a crucial role in preparing accurate and high-quality estimates for both residential and commercial building projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare detailed estimates for quotes, variations, reports, and settlements.
• Review project documents to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness.
• Liaise with clients, builders, subcontractors, and suppliers for accurate pricing.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost trends.
• Manage competing priorities, improve estimating processes, and deliver on time.
• Collaborate across teams and represent our client professionally.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• 2–3 years’ estimating experience in construction with strong technical knowledge.
• Skilled in estimating software, detail-oriented, & able to work under pressure.
• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, solutions-focused, & team-oriented attitude.
• Desirable: insurance estimating experience & knowledge of QBCC/HBCF.
• Desirable: degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
