As they continue to scale nationally, they are now seeking a Sales Manager to lead the next stage of growth.
About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to lead and grow the origination and business development team, driving deal volume, developing broker relationships, and overseeing the end-to-end performance of the sales function.
Reporting to the Managing Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, training, and motivating a high-performing team of BDMs and originators
- Developing and executing sales strategies aligned with business growth and funding lines
- Managing key broker, aggregator, and borrower relationships to increase deal flow
- Driving submissions, conversions, and settlements across all lending channels
- Collaborating with credit and operations teams to ensure seamless, fast deal execution
- Contributing to new product development and funding strategies
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- 5+ years’ experience in sales within private lending, mortgage broking, or commercial finance
- Proven ability to achieve or exceed $10M+ per month in settlements (personal or team)
- Minimum 2 years’ leadership or mentoring experience
- Strong broker, aggregator, and referral networks
- Excellent negotiation, closing, and relationship management skills
- A competitive mindset with the drive to build and lead a top-performing sales team
- Strategic thinking and ambition to progress into senior leadership roles
