With a strong reputation for client satisfaction, safety, and collaboration, the business is entering an exciting growth phase — and this newly created HSE Manager role is central to that future.
About The Opportunity
As the HSE Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and oversee the company-wide HSE strategy
- Ensuring compliance and promoting a strong safety culture
- Lead on-site safety in collaboration with project and site teams
- Ensure safe work practices, effective planning and risk management
- Maintain and control all HSE documentation and systems
- Monitor HSE performance and drive continuous improvement
- Provide clear safety leadership and support across all projects
About You
The successful candidate will bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in HSE, specifically in the construction industry
- A Diploma or Degree in Work Health and Safety (Cert IV minimum required)
- A proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across teams
- Excellent communication skills and strong reporting capability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Procore is highly regarded
- Exposure to ISO audits (desirable)
