About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to manage a portfolio of properties across inner South-East Melbourne, providing exceptional service to owners and committees while ensuring smooth operations across all Owners Corporation functions.
Reporting to the Directors, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing AGMs, ensuring efficient and productive meetings
- Coordinating property works by obtaining quotes and engaging contractors for projects
- Liaising with committees and insurance brokers to manage coverage and renewals
- Staying on top of daily property matters, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operations
- Managing compliance, documentation, and reporting for each property under your care
- Building long-term relationships with owners and stakeholders while expanding the property portfolio
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in Owners Corporation or Property Management
- Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills
- A proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
