About The Company

Our client is a fast-growing retailer and product developer based in Artarmon, Sydney, operating two established ecommerce brands. One specialises in caravan, camping and 4WD accessories, while the other supplies technical landscaping products to trade customers and homeowners. With a strong online presence complemented by an Artarmon retail and trade counter, the business offers leading brands alongside its growing range of in-house products. This is an opportunity to join a small, collaborative team with significant growth plans over the next five years.

About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to join the customer service team supporting two established ecommerce brands. You'll assist retail and trade customers in-store, over the phone and by email, while supporting online orders and day-to-day store operations.

Reporting directly to the Director, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Processing orders and preparing quotes
• Receiving, checking and putting away deliveries
• Providing product advice and technical support (training provided)
• Monitoring online orders in Shopify & Cin7 to ensure timely dispatch
• Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and the team
• Handling enquiries by phone, email, in-store and at the trade counter
• Learning both product ranges to provide helpful sales and product support

Product training will be provided, so existing technical knowledge is not essential - but curiosity and a willingness to learn are important.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• A proactive, customer-focused team player
• Available to work on-site full-time in Artarmon
• Strong communication skills and good computer literacy
• A genuine passion for the outdoors, camping, 4WDing or landscaping
• Trade, retail or customer support experience (trade qualification a plus)
