About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the trades business, ensuring efficient and accurate coordination of jobs and client communication.
Reporting directly to the Owner, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Provide general administrative support
- Manage phone and email communication
- Assist with schedules and appointment coordination
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Invoicing and basic bookkeeping tasks
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- 5+ years of administration experience, preferably in a trade business
- Strong computing skills with Microsoft Office and MYOB
- Excellent phone manner and interpersonal communication skills
- A reliable and proactive work ethic with great attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a small team
