About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to manage day-to-day bookkeeping functions and support the financial operations of the business.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Managing accounts payable and receivable processes
• Processing invoices, payments, and reconciliations
• Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
• Assisting with reporting and financial data preparation
• Supporting payroll and general finance administration tasks

• Previous experience in a bookkeeping or accounts role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling

• Confidence using accounting software and Microsoft Office
• Strong organisational and communication skills
