About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to manage a high-quality residential property portfolio while providing professional, reliable and attentive service to both landlords and tenants.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing an established residential property portfolio
- Communicating professionally with tenants and landlords
- Coordinating property maintenance, repairs and inspections
- Completing general administration and file management tasks
- Ensuring compliance and accuracy across all documentation
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 12 months of experience as a Property Manager
- A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
You will also bring:

- Strong time-management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a close-knit team
