About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to generate new listings, manage sales campaigns, and deliver outstanding results for clients across Orange and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who is passionate about building client relationships and achieving exceptional outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting and generating new listing opportunities
  • Conducting property appraisals and preparing listing presentations
  • Managing property sales campaigns from start to finish
  • Conducting open homes and private inspections
  • Negotiating offers, contracts, and settlements with confidence
  • Maintaining strong communication with buyers, vendors, and internal team members
  • Representing the agency professionally within the local community

About You

The successful candidate will preferably have:

  • Previous real estate sales experience
  • A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, driven, and self-motivated approach
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
