About The Company

Our client is an emerging electrical contractor with a growing presence in Melbourne’s commercial construction sector. Due to recent business growth, they are seeking a capable Project Coordinator to support project delivery across Melbourne’s CBD and surrounding areas.

About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to coordinate and support the successful delivery of commercial electrical projects, ensuring timelines, resources, and documentation are effectively managed.

Reporting directly to the Project Manager and General Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Project administration and reporting tasks
• Supporting technical and design coordination
• Overseeing the delivery of commercial projects
• Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors
• Coordinating and scheduling internal resources
• Liaising with clients, internal teams, and other key stakeholders
• Managing project documentation and ensuring document control

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of Simpro software (highly advantageous)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Proven experience in project coordination or project management (essential)
