With a strong reputation and loyal customer base, they’ve recently expanded into North Lakes and are seeking a drive Store Manager to lead the team and elevate the in-store experience.

About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this role is to drive sales, exceed targets and confidently lead a strong team

Reporting directly to the business owners, your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead daily store operations and supervise the sales team
• Manage stock flow, including receiving, returns, exchanges, and online orders
• Oversee merchandising, store presentation, and layout updates
• Handle staff rostering, weekly reporting, and inventory control
• Deliver excellent customer service and collaborate on promotions and store strategy

About You 

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Minimum 5 years’ retail experience, including 2 years in a leadership role
• Background in small business, ideally in shoe or clothing retail
• Technically proficient with POS systems (including Cin7), Microsoft Office, Excel etc..
• Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a team-first mindset
• Hard-working, honest, and brings a positive, solutions-focused attitude
