About The Opportunity

This is a strategic, relationship-led Business Development Manager role responsible for driving growth across the NSW gaming and hospitality market.

Reporting to senior leadership, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to grow NSW market share
  • Identifying, qualifying, and converting high-value gaming and hospitality opportunities
  • Building strong relationships with C-level executives, GMs, and senior venue leaders
  • Managing the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through to close and onboarding
  • Leveraging industry networks to generate new business and referral opportunities
  • Providing market and regulatory insights to support product and solution development

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in BDM or sales roles within gaming or hospitality
  • Established industry networks with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to deliver both short-term wins and long-term growth
  • Highly organised, self-driven, and comfortable working autonomously
