About The Opportunity

They are seeking a passionate and dedicated Senior Chef to join our culinary team. In this role, you will manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that food preparation and presentation meet our high standards. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee and manage all kitchen section efficiently and effectively
• Prepare and cook high-quality Modern Australian and Mediterranean dishes
• Ensure strict compliance with all food safety and hygiene standards
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and smooth operation in your section
• Train, mentor, and support junior kitchen team members effectively
• Assist with inventory management, stock control, and rotation procedures
• Order and manage kitchen supplies to maintain optimal stock levels

About You

• Minimum 3 years’ experience producing high-quality dishes in fast-paced kitchens
• Proven ability as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step into leadership
• Excellent knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and modern techniques
• Certificate IV in Kitchen Management or equivalent professional qualification
• Strong communication, leadership, teamwork, and organisational abilities
• Passion for culinary excellence with creativity, reliability, and a proactive mindset
