About The Opportunity

As business continues to grow, our client is seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Assistant to join their team in Truganina. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to get started in warehousing and logistics, with full training and development provided. The successful candidate will support the Warehouse Manager in all day-to-day operations.

Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Receive and dispatch goods with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment with a valid licence
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safety-compliant warehouse environment
• Assist with warehouse process improvements and stock layout optimisation
• Manage dispatch processes and handle freight bookings with external carriers
• Perform stock control tasks including inventory counts and resolving discrepancies

About You

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Valid Driver’s Licence (essential)
• Forklift licence and proficient computer skills
• High level of enthusiasm, reliability and motivation
• Physical fitness to manage the demands of a hands-on role
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
