About The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Jeweller to take a key hands-on role within the finishing department. This position is ideal for a jeweller who enjoys bench work and polishing while also supporting workflow, quality standards, and team coordination without moving into a purely administrative role.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

Finishing & Bench Work

  • Polishing, cleaning, and assembling jewellery components
  • Preparing finished pieces in the company's quality and presentation standards
  • Troubleshooting and resolving finishing and assembly issues
  • Ensuring consistency, precision, and attention to detail across all pieces

Workflow & Coordination

  • Supporting the daily job flow within the finishing department
  • Assisting with job allocation and keeping production moving efficiently
  • Providing guidance and support to other jewellers when required
  • Liaising with casting, CAD, and customer service teams to ensure smooth handovers

Quality & Continuous Improvement

  • Performing quality checks to ensure all work meets required standards
  • Identifying opportunities to improve finishing tools, techniques, and processes
  • Contributing to a calm, organised, and positive workshop environment

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as a Jeweller with strong finishing and polishing skills
  • Confidence in jewellery assembly, cleaning, and general bench work
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
  • A reliable, organised, and calm approach in a fast-paced environment
  • The confidence to support workflow and guide others when needed

You will also ideally bring:

  • Experience working in a production or manufacturing jewellery environment
  • A collaborative mindset with a willingness to share knowledge
  • Openness to learning new tools, techniques, and technologies
