About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to lead the strategic vision and performance of the Growth department while delivering holistic digital strategies that align with client growth objectives.

As a senior agency leader, you will oversee retained digital services, including SEO and PPC, while driving client strategy, technology education, AI adoption, team performance and departmental growth.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Lead Growth department performance, resources, retained services and financial targets
• Develop holistic digital strategies aligned with client growth and commercial objectives
• Drive adoption of emerging technologies, AI and agent-driven processes across service delivery
• Build strategic client relationships while improving performance, satisfaction, retention and renewals
• Collaborate across creative, technical, data and client service teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Develop agency performance marketing initiatives that generate leads and strengthen thought leadership
• Lead, mentor and empower Digital Consultants and Marketing Strategists to build a high-performing team

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven senior leadership experience managing a digital, growth or strategy department
• Strong strategic, commercial and financial acumen with experience achieving departmental KPIs
• Deep understanding of digital strategy, growth marketing, SEO, PPC and broader agency services
• Proven success improving client performance, satisfaction, retention and commercial outcomes
• Strong understanding of emerging technology and AI within digital service delivery
• Experience adopting new platforms, technologies and methodologies while evolving outdated services
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building and leadership skills with strong emotional intelligence

You will also bring proven experience in agency marketing, campaign ROI and thought leadership, alongside the ability to collaborate effectively across creative, technical and data teams.
