About The Opportunity
Lead a well-established Property Management department of around 300 properties and a talented team of three. You’ll play a pivotal role in:
- Guiding and inspiring your team to deliver excellence and thrive professionally.
- Driving business development and rent roll growth with creativity and purpose.
- Managing escalated client matters with confidence, care, and empathy.
- Refining systems and processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Overseeing daily operations and, where needed, managing a small personal portfolio.
This role is perfect for an experienced department head or a senior property manager ready to step up and make a lasting impact.
About You
You’re a natural leader with a genuine passion for people, property, and progress. You’ll also bring:
- Proven Property Management experience and a growth-focused mindset.
- A strong understanding of compliance, legislation, and best-practice standards to ensure quality and accountability across the department.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
- Professionalism, warmth, and cultural awareness (Mandarin-speaking skills are an advantage but not essential).
