About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to provide high-quality maintenance, service, and repair work on commercial laundry and kitchen appliances, ensuring clients receive fast, safe, and reliable service.
Reporting to the Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults on commercial laundry and kitchen equipment
- Performing scheduled maintenance, testing, and calibration of machinery
- Managing breakdown calls and ensuring timely completion of all service requests
- Liaising with customers to deliver professional, customer-focused support
- Maintaining accurate service records using company-provided iPad systems
- Ensuring safe work practices and compliance with all company policies and industry standards
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in electrical and mechanical fault finding and servicing of industrial or commercial machinery
- A current Driver’s Licence and the ability to work autonomously
- An Electrical Licence or Restricted Electrical Licence (essential)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
