About the Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial landscaping projects and collaborate with clients, subcontractors and suppliers throughout the pre-construction phase. This role plays a vital part in the success of project delivery and will suit a seasoned landscape professional looking to step into a senior leadership pathway.

Reporting directly to senior leadership, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough site inspections and assessments
• Assisting in smooth project handovers to Project Managers
• Using take-off and estimating software (full training provided)
• Upholding the company’s values and ethical standards in all professional dealings
• Preparing accurate cost estimates for a range of commercial landscaping projects
• Collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and propose tailored solutions

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Strong communication skills with clients and suppliers
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Computer literacy and willingness to learn new software
• Sound understanding of estimating and costing methods
• A practical, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving ability
• 10+ Years experience in the landscape construction industry (hard and soft landscaping)
