About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this role is to provide high-quality psychological therapy and assessment services while being supported by a dedicated leadership, clinical management and administrative team. You will enjoy a varied caseload tailored to your interests and will benefit from a highly structured peer support, supervision and professional development program.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering evidence-based therapy to clients in alignment with contemporary psychological practices
  • Administering and interpreting psychometric assessments
  • Maintaining accurate clinical records and Medicare-compliant documentation
  • Participating in regular peer supervision, training and professional development groups
  • Engaging in Telehealth sessions where appropriate
  • Contributing positively to team culture and collaborative clinical discussions

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Full registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA
  • Experience with third-wave therapies (e.g., ACT, DBT, Schema Therapy)
  • Experience with Medicare and third-party funding reporting requirements
  • Strong competence in administering and interpreting psychometric assessments
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and clinical documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a supportive team
  • A passion for ongoing learning, growth and contribution to a positive culture
