About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to support the efficient daily operations of the pharmacy by delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining stock accuracy, and assisting pharmacists in ensuring the safe and effective supply of medicines and healthcare products.
Reporting to the Retail Manager and Owners, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent customer service in a friendly, professional manner
- Serving customers and processing transactions accurately at POS
- Putting away stock and maintaining clean, organised shelves
- Setting up and taking down catalogues twice per month
- Assisting with pharmacy stock control and stock management tasks
- Supporting invoicing and stock entry (for suitable candidates)
- Assisting pharmacists and dispensary team members as required
- Occasionally delivering medications to customers (driver’s licence preferred)
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- 2+ years of pharmacy or retail experience
- Dispensary and Webster packing experience (desirable but not essential)
- S2/S3 training and a current driver’s licence (desirable)
- Motivation to meet daily and monthly sales targets
- Ability to use POS and computer systems confidently
- Openness to learning pharmacy software (e.g., MedAdvisor)

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to stay calm under pressure in a busy environment
- Reliable, punctual, organised, and self-motivated
- A positive attitude, team spirit, and professional demeanour
- The ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
