Their vision is to remain the preferred NDIS nursing and disability care provider for individuals and families across Australia. They are currently expanding their Perth Metro nursing team and seeking an experienced Registered Nurse who shares their commitment to dignity, clinical quality, and participant-centred support.

About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this role is to provide advanced clinical leadership and deliver high-quality nursing care to participants with complex health needs across community and residential environments. Each day will be varied, with visits efficiently scheduled across up to 1–3 clustered Perth Metro homes.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive nursing assessments and delivering advanced clinical care
  • Managing complex wound care, including simple and complex wound management
  • Providing enteral feeding care, including NGT, PEG and PEJ management
  • Managing airway support, including tracheostomy care, non-invasive ventilation and ventilated participants
  • Supporting continence management, including IDC, suprapubic catheters, complex bowel regimes and bowel stimulation
  • Managing insulin administration and comprehensive medication management
  • Assessing new participants and collaborating on care planning and risk management
  • Providing clinical oversight, training and support to disability support workers
  • Ensuring accurate clinical documentation, care plans and assessments
  • Maintaining compliance with NDIS, clinical governance, and safety standards
  • Participating in continuous improvement, safety reporting and team collaboration

You will work autonomously in the community while being supported by a highly collaborative internal clinical leadership team.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • 4+ years’ nursing experience in Australia (preferred, but flexible for strong candidates)
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex clinical care needs
  • Strong skills in wound care, enteral feeding, airway management and continence care
  • Experience in disability, NDIS, community care or aged care (highly desirable)
  • Background in ICU, HDU or PACU environments (highly regarded)
  • Experience providing clinical oversight or people management to support workers (desirable)
  • Strong assessment, documentation and time management skills
  • Current WA driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (travel allowance provided)
  • First Aid, CPR, National Police Clearance, COVID-19 vaccination status, NDIS Worker Screening and infection control compliance
  • Full Australian working rights
