About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to build and manage a high-performing mortgage pipeline while delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Reporting directly to the Management team some of your responsibilities will include:

• Converting warm leads into settled loan applications
• Managing loan applications end-to-end from submission to settlement
• Building relationships with clients, lenders, and key stakeholders
• Driving business development through referrals and database engagement
• Working with a diverse client base including investors and offshore buyers
• Ensuring compliance and accurate documentation across all applications
• Delivering a high-quality and personalised client experience
• Generating repeat and referral business through strong relationships

About You

The successful candidate will have

• Experience in mortgage broking, banking, or lending
• Cert IV In Finance & Mortgage Broking (MFAA Preferred)
• Strong business development and pipeline management skills
• Ability to manage deals from start to finish independently
• Excellent communication and relationship-building capability
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Mandarin language skills (advantageous but not essential)
