About The Opportunity

This role plays a pivotal part in supporting the management team with detailed cost estimating, technical support, and overseeing elements from quoting through to procurement and client liaison.

Reporting directly to the Management Team, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers

• Providing technical support to clients and field teams

• Assisting internal logistics with supplier pickups and deliveries

• Conducting site visits to support quotations and active projects

• Contributing to Quality Assurance and Health & Safety systems

• Coordinating with subcontractors and internal stakeholders for smooth project delivery

• Preparing accurate, detailed quotes that meet both client expectations and regulatory standards

About You

You don’t need a trade licence or engineering qualification to succeed in this role – we’re looking for someone who brings hands-on experience, a sharp eye for detail, and the drive to thrive in a fast-paced commercial environment.

We’re open to candidates from a range of backgrounds, including:

• Estimators with HVAC or related industry experience

• Candidates with drafting, electrical, or plumbing experience

• Those who’ve worked in trade stores, or in HVAC sales or supplier branches

To be successful, you’ll need:

• A Forklift Licence is advantageous, but not essential

• Proficient computer skills for quoting and documentation

• Previous experience in HVAC or similar technical fields (highly regarded)

• A proactive, hands-on attitude with the physical capability to support basic logistics tasks

• Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise confidently with clients and stakeholders
