About The Opportunity

They are seeking a Structural Product Designer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Design and develop structural packaging concepts using CAD software
• Create and test physical and digital packaging prototypes for performance
• Prepare estimates and quotes for custom-manufactured packaging solutions
• Select packaging materials balancing cost, performance, and sustainability
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver production-ready packaging designs
• Produce clear technical documentation and monitor packaging industry trends
• Engage with customers to gather requirements and support design solutions

About You

The successful candidate will possess:

• Proficiency in CAD software such as ArtiosCAD, Esko Studio, Fusion 360
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials and related manufacturing processes
• Experience using 3D rendering and physical or digital prototyping tools
• Strong problem-solving skills with analytical and logical thinking
• Clear communication skills with effective cross-functional collaboration
• High attention to detail with a creative and innovative mindset
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage customer relationships
