About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this role is to own the in-store retail experience at the Auckland location. You’ll greet customers, guide them through product selections, handle transactions, manage store operations, and maintain a clean, professional environment. You'll also manage the retail email inbox, providing timely and helpful responses to enquiries.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily sales transactions and till operations
- Recommending drones, cameras, accessories, and services
- Maintaining a clean, well-presented, and merchandised store
- Creating a warm, professional in-store experience for every customer
- Responding to customer enquiries via email and assisting with calls as needed
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Good organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Confident communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Interest in tech, drones, or photography and willingness to learn
- A reliable and self-motivated approach, able to work independently
- Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales environment
