About The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Property Manager to join a growing team based in Fitzroy North. This role offers autonomy, strong operational support, and the chance to manage a well-maintained portfolio while contributing to the continued growth of the business. You will be supported by full-time administration, state-of-the-art technology, and a collaborative leadership team.

Reporting to the Head of Department, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a residential portfolio of approximately 100 properties
  • Working closely with the Head of Department to grow the portfolio out to 150 properties
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with rental providers and tenants
  • Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and contractor management
  • Conducting routine, entry, and exit inspections
  • Overseeing lease renewals and rental arrears management
  • Ensuring compliance with Victorian legislation and internal procedures

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • 2+ years’ experience managing a residential portfolio
  • Current Agent’s Representative Certificate, Cert IV, or Licensed Estate Agent status
  • Strong knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A professional, solutions-focused approach to property management
  • Current driver’s licence with a clean driving record
  • A positive attitude, strong team ethic, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
