About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this role is to support the broader business through front-of-house coordination, event planning, and marketing initiatives while delivering exceptional client experiences. This is a blended and varied role, perfect for someone who enjoys working across administration, marketing, and client engagement.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing front-of-house duties, including answering inbound calls and greeting clients
  • Preparing meeting rooms and coordinating office requirements, supplies and inventory
  • Assisting with the preparation and coordination of new client proposals
  • Coordinating up to four client events per year, including a client Christmas soirée
  • Supporting monthly newsletters and marketing initiatives across sales and property management
  • Updating social media platforms and assisting with broader marketing campaigns
  • Working with cloud-based and property management systems in a fully paperless office

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Prior real estate administration experience, or have recently completed a Cert IV in Property Services
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (confident 8/10 or higher proficiency)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities
  • Ability to prioritise and manage a dynamic workload
  • Current driver’s licence and registered vehicle
