As they continue on a journey of expansion and evolution, they are currently in search of a Paralegal to join their dedicated team in either their Coolangatta or Stones Corner office and play a pivotal role in propelling their success.
About The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join the growing Queensland team. This role offers autonomy, responsibility, and the chance to manage a high-performing portfolio while being supported by strong systems, expert legal oversight, and a collaborative team environment.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of conveyancing matters, acting as the key point of contact for clients and stakeholders while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely settlements.
Reporting to the QLD leadership team, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing residential, commercial, and off-the-plan conveyancing files end-to-end
- Preparing and reviewing contracts and explaining legal matters clearly to clients
- Conducting property searches and investigations to identify title or legal issues
- Liaising with clients, agents, brokers, lenders, and solicitors throughout transactions
- Managing digital settlements via PEXA and other conveyancing platforms
- Ensuring compliance with QLD property legislation and internal procedures
- Train, mentor and supervise your own Conveyancing Assistant once you achieve the minimum monthly thresholds
- Monitor risks, report concerns and contribute to continuous process improvements
- Manage a minimum of 23+ active matters a month with clarity, control and attention to detail
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- 2+ years of Conveyancing experience
- Strong understanding of QLD property law, regulations and conveyancing procedures
- Strong command of PEXA and conveyancing tools (triConvey highly regarded)
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
- A natural communicator who thrives under pressure and puts clients first
- Tech-savvy, organised and driven to deliver high-quality outcomes, every time
- Experience in conveyancing transactions in other states (highly regarded, but not essential to this role)
