About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to provide community-based physiotherapy services to elderly clients, individuals living with disability and participants funded under the NDIS across Perth Metro.

  • Completing documentation and reports in a timely manner
  • Providing functional rehabilitation and tailored exercise programs
  • Liaising with clients, carers, case managers and other allied health professionals
  • Conducting physiotherapy assessments and delivering evidence-based treatment plans
  • Working independently within the community while remaining supported by a senior clinical team
