About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to lead and deliver landscape construction projects to a high standard, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely completion within budget.

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff
• Maintaining accurate site records using internal systems
• Ensuring compliance with all WHS and quality standards
• Planning and coordinating all site resources, labour, and materials
• Training, mentoring, and managing team members across varying levels
• Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Well-developed organisational and time-management abilities
• Experience in scheduling, budgeting, and resource management
• Previous experience as a foreman or site supervisor in landscape construction
• A proactive, problem-solving approach with a commitment to safety and quality
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to train and manage people at all levels
