About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to manage the commercial, contractual, and operational performance of multiple commercial construction projects from award through to completion.
Reporting directly to the Director, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Managing documentation, RFIs, and variations
- Managing budgets, cost tracking, and progress claims
- Creating clarity, structure, and momentum across projects
- Ensuring compliance, safety, and quality standards are met
- Programming works, coordinating labour and subcontractors
- Leading client communication, reporting, and issue resolution
- Taking full ownership of project delivery from planning to handover
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A systems mindset and pride in quality delivery
- Strong organisational, planning, and leadership skills
- Proven project management experience (at least 2 - 5 years)
- Experience with ceilings & partitions or carpentry (highly regarded)
- Demonstrated experience in commercial construction project management
