About The Opportunity
This is a hands-on carpentry role first, with site supervision and coordination responsibilities added on top. You will be actively involved on the tools while leading small crews and ensuring work is delivered safely, on program, and to a high standard. This role is ideal for a trade-qualified carpenter who enjoys leading from the front and taking ownership on site.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and working alongside site crews
- Supervising daily site activities and small teams
- Enforcing safety, QA, and compliance requirements
- Installing and overseeing carpentry and steel stud systems
- Remaining hands-on during critical path and high-detail works
About You
You are a trade-qualified carpenter with strong hands-on experience and proven leadership on commercial sites. You are comfortable balancing tool work with supervision and take pride in quality delivery and site standards.
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong commercial carpentry background
- Trade qualification in Carpentry (essential)
- Proven on-the-tools leadership experience
- Steel stud / light gauge framing experience (preferred)
- Safety-focused mindset with high workmanship standards
