About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this role is to be responsible for the day-to-day execution of multiple projects, ensuring work is delivered safely, on program, to specification, and to high standards. This is a hybrid role combining site leadership, coordination, and hands-on capability when required.
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising multiple live sites and leading site crews
- Being hands-on during critical path or high-detail tasks
- Enforcing QA, safety, compliance, and builder protocols
- Coordinating subcontractors, materials, deliveries, and access
- Maintaining site records, updates, and communication with stakeholders
- Acting as the site-based representative and ensuring professional delivery
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Commitment to safety, compliance, and team standards
- Strong trade background (preferably in carpentry or fitout)
- Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills
- Ability to lead by example with professionalism and integrity
- A values-aligned mindset: ownership, quality, and long-term thinking
- Commercial construction site supervision experience (minimum 2 years)
