About The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity is available for a highly capable Part-Time Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and consultants in a professional consulting environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of the business, providing executive-level support, financial administration, project coordination, and client engagement assistance.
Reporting to the CEO and working closely with an interstate Executive Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Executive diary management and travel coordination
- Accounts payable processing, client billing, and expense reconciliation
- Supporting management reporting and liaising with finance stakeholders
- Coordinating consultant scheduling, timekeeping, and project tracking
- Maintaining CRM data, systems, and internal documentation
- Supporting marketing initiatives, proposals, and business development activities
- Assisting with workshop preparation, delivery support, and client materials
- Managing office administration, onboarding support, and process improvements
This is a hands-on role requiring strong organisation, initiative, and the ability to manage competing priorities with confidence.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a senior administrative, executive support, or professional services role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused mindset
- Confidence working autonomously while collaborating with a distributed team
- Strong technical capability including Microsoft Office, MS Teams, SharePoint, Canva, WordPress
- Experience using CRM systems and scheduling or timekeeping platforms
