About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support within a busy conveyancing office.

Reporting directly to the Directors, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Managing incoming calls and providing excellent customer service
• Assisting with filing, data entry, and property-related correspondence
• Performing general office duties and supporting legal staff with documentation

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Fluent spoken and written English
• Strong computer proficiency and comfort with office technology
• Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal communication skills
• Enjoy a stable, supportive workplace with long-term staff and low turnover
• A genuine interest in entering the conveyancing industry, with a willingness to learn and grow
