Key responsibilities include:
- Interpreting and executing architectural plans with precision and attention to detail
- Leading, coordinating, and motivating trades, apprentices, and subcontractors
- Maintaining impeccable safety standards and ensuring full site compliance
- Overseeing daily site programming to achieve build milestones on schedule
- Mentoring emerging talent and fostering a high-performance team culture
- Liaising with clients and senior management to ensure seamless project delivery
About You
