About The Opportunity
This is a key role suited to an experienced tradesperson ready to step into more leadership and coordination, or a Foreman seeking a more hands-on position. You will take responsibility for day-to-day site operations while still being actively involved in the build.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Reading and executing plans to a high standard
- Supervising trades, apprentices, and subcontractors on-site
- Maintaining safety standards and compliance with site procedures
- Coordinating daily site activities to meet timelines and quality benchmarks
- Mentoring junior team members and promoting a positive team environment
- Supporting project delivery through communication with clients and management
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- A Carpentry trade qualification and valid White Card
- Confidence leading others while remaining hands-on
- Proven experience in high-end residential construction
- A positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
