About The Opportunity

  • Senior parts-focused role within a busy caravan repair workshop
  • Liaise with multiple caravan industry suppliers and manufacturers
  • Act as a key customer-facing contact in-store, via phone and email
  • Manage Purchase Orders, deliveries, inventory, and system updates
  • Work closely with technicians to ensure correct parts availability and job flow
  • Identify, order, and allocate caravan parts for workshop, warranty, and insurance jobs
  • Utilise your caravan industry knowledge to assist customers and support workshop operations

About You

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Able to follow processes, SOPs, and manage multiple priorities
  • Confident identifying caravan parts, accessories, and components across different makes and models
  • Comfortable using computer systems, inventory software, and supplier portals
  • Previous experience working within the caravan industry or a caravan workshop environment (essential)
  • Background in roles such as Parts Manager, Parts Interpreter, Caravan Technician, Service Advisor, Warranty Coordinator, Workshop Administrator, or Caravan Sales/Accessories

Automotive experience may be considered, however caravan-specific experience or exposure to caravan products and repairs is strongly preferred.
