About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to deliver high-quality caravan servicing and repair work, ensuring safety, precision, and attention to detail across all tasks.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • 12V lithium battery and solar upgrades
  • Leak and water ingress repairs and re-sealing
  • Fault finding and diagnosis of appliance issues
  • Timber frame and ply repairs for walls and floors
  • Performing axle servicing of brakes, bearings and suspension
  • Cladding installation including aluminium, composite and fibreglass
  • Fabrication, assembly and installation of accessories including awnings and hatches
  • Insurance repairs including accident, structural, mechanical, cladding, hail and timber

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
  • Proven experience in caravan, automotive or trailer repairs
  • A reliable, punctual, and team-focused attitude with openness to feedback
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality workmanship
  • Trade qualification (e.g. Cert III in RV Service & Repair or Mechanics) preferred but not essential
